Breakfast:
The rate for breakfast if not included in the B & B rate or any extra breakfasts are charged at R120.00 per person.

Dinner:
Dinner is from Monday to Thursday on request and is charged @ R230.00 per person.

Thorn Tree Lodge also offers: 

•  Packed lunches are available from R 120.00 per person.
• Laundry service.
• Secure parking.

The above prices are inclusive of VAT, exclusive of commission.

Thorn Tree Lodges Cancellation Policy is based on the reservation confirmed as per our Pro Forma Invoices.

Cancellations

• If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged and your deposit will be refunded less the commission charges levied by the relative booking agency plus any bank charges that are incurred by Thorn Tree Lodge.
• If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival,
  50 % of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified on arrival and or during your stay, 100 % of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Payment procedures

Your Pro - Forma invoice will stipulate a 50% deposit to secure your booking (with our banking details). The remaining 50% to be paid upon arrival and extra’s upon departure.

Rates are:

• All prices are inclusive of VAT and are per night rates.
• Seasonal rates are charged at a flat room rate.
• Prices include a continental breakfast and a full English breakfast.
• These rates are subject to change at the discretion of management.
